CONCEPT DESIGN

1)Understand client requirements.
2)Draft initial space plan and layout.
3)Develop refined design concepts for decor, fit-out, and furnishings.
4)Create mood boards with materials, furniture, and lighting.
5)Present 3D preliminary concept design.

DETAILED DESIGN

1)3D visualizations of the design.
2)Detailed layouts: dimensions, electrical, lighting, flooring, and furniture plans.
3)Reflected ceiling plans and elevations.
4)Detailed drawings and cross-referencing for design support.
5)Selection of furniture, fittings, and custom or ready-made joinery.
6)HVAC layouts with unit schedules.
7)Water supply and drainage layouts.

FF&E, OS&E and BOQ

1)Finishes for the interior works specifications to be indicated in drawing/finishes samples to be provided as direction for contractors as necessary.
2)Detailed selection of furniture, fitting and equipment including custom- or ready-made furniture and fixed joinery
3)Detailed specifications of:   -Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. -Operating Supplies and Equipment.
4)Bill of Quantity

SUPERVISION

1)Regularly site visits. Usually at least 4 times per month
2)If there are any changes during the execution the interior designer is obligated to make an adjustment.
3)Correspondence of the colour scheme
4)Choosing materials, furniture, lighting based on the specification sheet
5)Quality control of the project
